Fall was made for warm scents, cozy evenings, good coffee, and gathering with your community, so we decided to put all of our favorite things together for one very special night.
We’ve teamed up with our friends at Refuge Coffee for an evening that is part candle workshop, part body-care experience, part coffee date, and completely about having a great time together.
This is more than just a workshop. It’s a chance to slow down, get creative, sip something delicious, meet up with friends, and enjoy a fun evening supporting two local businesses.
And because this is our ONLY public fall workshop, we’re making it a full-size experience from beginning to end.
WHAT YOU’LL BE MAKING
Your 15 oz Two-Wick Pumpkin Candle
You’ll create your very own 15 oz two-wick pumpkin candle using our signature candle-making experience.
Choose from 5 warm and cozy fall-inspired fragrances, then follow along as we walk you through the candle-making process.
You’ll have all of the materials and instruction you need to create your candle, and once it has had enough time to cure, it will be ready to take home and enjoy.
Your Full-Size 8 oz Refuge Coffee Scrub
But we’re not stopping with candles!
While your candle is curing, you’ll get to customize a FULL-SIZE 8 oz Refuge Coffee Scrub.
The Refuge Coffee Scrub is making its return especially for this event, and you’ll get to customize your scrub by selecting from the available oils and extracts. And if you want a little extra sparkle, you can even add biodegradable glitter.
This isn’t a tiny sample or mini-sized take-home.
You’re getting a full 8 oz scrub to take home with you.
AND YES… THERE’S COFFEE.
Your ticket also includes one coffee drink of your choice from Refuge Coffee.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone settled and begin the experience on time.
IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Because this is a specially planned, limited-capacity event, we purchase materials and prepare supplies based on the number of guests registered.
For that reason, ticket purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with advance notice. The person attending in your place must provide the name of the original ticket holder upon arrival.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by ‘Ike Loa Candle Co. or Refuge Coffee, registered guests will be notified and provided with the appropriate options.
By purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable ticket policy.
